Guilt-Free Spaghetti

1. - 2. Slice spaghetti squash in half, along the length of the fruit.
3. - 4. Carve out the inside guts of the squash with a fork.
5. Cook up a yummy sauce. We used ground beef, green peppers, onions, tomato sauce and a few spices.
6. Top if off with some cheese!
