Talk Shop

4:26 PM

Channel your inner Clinton Kelly (What Not to Wear) and combat your monster of a clothing pile, overflowing your closet. Bring those barely worn pieces to The 900 Shops (900 N Michigan Ave) for the Share & Shop event this Thursday through Sunday (10am-7pm on the 6th Fl) to donate to local charities and grab a 15% off Savings Pass. (Each item donated will get you one pass, redeemable for savings on one item at any participating retailer.) Follow the guidelines below.

-Suits: Dress for Success Chicago (in great need of plus-size clothing and professional jewelry) is a non-profit organization providing new and gently worn (dry cleaned and ready-to-wear) career attire to underprivileged women.

-Shoes: Share Your Soles is a non-profit providing gently worn or new shoes to those in greatest need around the world.

-Prom Attire: The Glass Slipper Project is a non-profit that collects donations of formal dresses, evening bags, jewelry and unused make-up for those who would otherwise not have a chance to go to prom appropriately attired.

Chicago celebrities will also be donating items for the event. These pieces will be displayed. Plus, arrive early on Thursday to be one of the first 100 customers to receive a swag bag.

Shop till you drop through the end of the weekend!
